I’m so excited to blog some images from this family session we did at the beach just over a week ago. I first met up with Maya and her parents when we did her newborn photos. Now, a bit over a year old, she is just the sweetest little peanut; her big green eyes and sweet as pie smile had me melting in my sea soaked flip flops. I love getting to see these babies grow up.

This little man was so sweet to me, I just could not get enough of him. He greeted me with a few thoughtful glimpses into my lens, then zonked out for the remainder of the session; I don’t think I could have waked him if I tried! I had so much fun with his family during the session, often having to remind myself I was there to do a job and not chat it up with them, haha!

I can’t even believe this little cutie pie has turned two years old. I have photographed her many times over the past couple of years, but it still seems like her newborn session was just last week!
Wanted to do something fun and different for her birthday pictures this year, so we packed up the sand pails and headed to the beach. Lots of fun craziness ensued; as you can imagine that a toddler + her baby sister + a crowded day in Laguna Beach = one zany session!

I had so much fun taking maternity photos for this gorgeous couple! It was HOT, HOT, HOT out, but the images we came away with were worth the 19 gallons of sweat. 
I can’t wait to meet their new baby girl next month!!
